At Gemsvine, we are committed to providing high-quality jewelry. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns, except in cases where the order is incorrect, or the product is damaged/defective upon delivery.

Refunds

Refunds are only available if the item you received:
• Does not match your order.
• Is damaged or defective upon arrival.

To request a refund:
1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at gemsvine9@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +961 81 82 52 05.
2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.
3. Once your request is approved, we will process the refund. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges in the following cases:
• You received the wrong item.
• The item is damaged or defective upon delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned within 7 days of delivery. Contact us at gemsvine9@gmail.com or +961 81 82 52 05 to arrange an exchange.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may exchange it for another item of equal value if it meets the return criteria.

Please note that shipping fees for gift exchanges are the customer’s responsibility. Contact us with your gift receipt or order number to proceed.

Shipping returns

To return an approved item, you will be responsible for shipping costs. Returns must be sent to the address provided during the exchange or refund process. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid further damage.
